ORDERING INFORMATION – Policies & Procedures

Please take the time to read our policies and procedures before placing an order. If you have further questions or need clarification on any of our procedures please call our customer care rep. at 1 (800) 615-8333.

ORDERING: Orders can be placed by choosing one of the following options: On our secure website. Just make your selections and add to your shopping basket, remember to fill in as much information as possible on the order from, insufficient information may delay your order.
Please note same day deliveries may be accommodated depending on our daily volumes. If you wish to place an order for same day please do so by phone by 9:00 A.M. (PST).

By calling our order desk toll free at 1 (800) 615-8333 between 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.(PST). 

By email at info@loubon.com. This method is convenient when there are multiple delivery addresses. Emailing the order information reduces the probability of processing errors. Our email: info@loubon.com.

PRODUCTS SUBSTITUTES: We strive to give you and your recipient exactly what you see on our website or in our product brochure. There may be times when certain products are not available, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS IN A GIFT BASKET FOR OTHERS WITH EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.
Fresh baked cookie baskets and fruit baskets are for local delivery only. Fruit baskets may vary in appearance depending on what types of fresh fruits are available. We choose only fruits that are plump, ripe and ready for consumption. Delivered fruit baskets are non-refundable.

ALCOHOL: We can purchase and add wine to any gift basket ordered by an adult 21 years and older. We do not stock, ship alcohol to other provinces or to the USA.
Standard ground shipping of wine within certain areas BC. from October to March sometimes may not be available due to weather conditions.

RETURNS / REFUNDS: There are no returns on food gift baskets and fresh fruit gift baskets. All food item are inspected prior to including in the gift basket. We ensure that all products are fresh and are properly labelled listing all ingredients.
Fruits are chosen when they are ready for consumption. To ensure freshness all fruit gift baskets are assembled on the same day delivery is scheduled.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: All gift baskets and other gift products are inspected for quality before leaving our premises. Although great care is taken in delivering the products there may be times when a gift would arrive at the recipient in less than perfect condition. We require that all damaged products be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please call 1 (800) 615-8333 and a customer care representative would be happy to assist you. Please not for any item returned for any reason, the delivery cost is no refundable.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Orders placed after 3:00P.M. (PST) would be processed and shipped the next business day. Local delivery within the metro Vancouver and surrounding areas, like Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Cloverdale, Guildford, New Westminster, Langley, and White Rock are available 7 days a week with the exception of Canadian statutory holidays.
All Local deliveries are $10.00 flat rate. Out of town packages e.g to other Canadian provinces, are shipped by courier and subject to the shipper’s rate and delivery times.

Temporary COVID 19 Restrictions: 
Please be aware that we have suspended all deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities. For large apartment or condo buildings where it is necessary to use an elevator, the recipient would need to meet the courier at the lobby door to accept their gift basket. Please remember to include a phone number for the recipient so the courier can call once he/she arrives at the address.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS: if your order is being shipped to another province, please allow at least 4 business days for processing in addition to the required transit times. Please specify special request for express delivery at the time of order. If this is not specified, we will assume you prefer standard service.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Large corporate orders and custom orders are subject to longer processing times and would be discussed and agreed upon prior to processing the order.

RUSH ORDERS: We can certainly accommodate rush orders however it would be subject to an additional 10.00 Fee plus the regular delivery charge.

EXTRA DISCOUNTS: If you have any gift certificates, promotional coupons, corporate discount, or group discounts. Please be sure to clarify when placing your order, doing so would ensure accurate billing.
